A Mind Body Soul Photography Archetype session is a four-part journey of self-discovery, embodiment, and transformation.
This is not about posing for a picture.
It is about creating a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow the women within you to emerge.

Before we ever step in front of the camera, we explore your story.
We talk about your current archetype, your life experiences, what you are moving through, how you feel about your body and photography and what part of yourself is asking to be witnessed.
Together we discover the energy, emotion, and expression that wants to come forward.
✨ Part Two: The Embodiment
Your portrait session becomes a ritual of reconnection.
Through breath, movement, music, and intuitive guidance, I help you move beyond the expectations of how you “should” look and into the feeling of who you truly are.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to know how to be in front of a camera.
You simply need to arrive.
✨ Part Three: The Reflection
After your session we will set up your viewing/ordering appointment. You will look at your photos for the first time with my support in person or over Zoom. We will do more breathing and go slowly, this becomes a healing experience as well and you purchase only what you love.

During our Reflection w will choose one image that I create a one-of-a-kind piece of Art, Archetype Collage. A visual piece that weaves together your images, your archetype, and the essence of the woman you revealed.
