Heart on Fire:
A Dancing Freedom Journey
Sunday, August 10th 2-4pm
So much is stirring collectively at this moment.
With the amount unfolding on a daily basis it’s easy to feel disoriented, angry, overwhelmed, or just numb. These are honest, human responses. If your nervous system is fried, if your heart aches, you are not alone.
Now, more than ever, Presence becomes both a sanctuary and an act of quiet resistance.
When we drop into presence — real, embodied, moment-to-moment awareness — we remember:
We are still here.
We are still breathing.
We are still sovereign in our bodies.
In the dance, there is space for your rage. For your grief. For your hope. For your not-knowing. There is space for truth that has no words, and healing that cannot be intellectualized.
This week, we invite you to move with Presence — not to escape what’s happening, but to meet it with rooted honesty. To let the Earth hold you. To feel what you feel. To be with what is, fully and courageously.
We dance not to turn away from the world, but to remember our power to stand inside it with love.

What is Dancing Freedom?
A Practice of liberation. It is a somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance practice supporting the emergence of living oneness. It is fun, easy, elegant and empowering. It heals. It reveals. It welcomes. Any person of any age, size, color or creed can do it. When we come together we come in peace to create a deep space of shared practice, transformation and community.
