Dance Through Fear / Soften into Sound:
A Dancing Freedom Journey
+ Sound Bath
Sunday, September 14th 2-5pm
🌟 Special Guest: Alexandra Marisia Kurowski
We’re honored to welcome Alexandra Kurowski , who will be offering an hour long Sound Bath after our movement journey—a space to integrate, soften, and rest in the vibration of safety and resonance. This will be a 3 hour journey from start to finish, ending with Ether as the extended sound bath.
I’m curious….
What might happen
if you stopped running from what scares you?
If you instead, allowed yourself to feel it fully—
to be seen in it,
to be witnessed in your fear?
Fear, like all emotions,
longs only to move.
And when it’s met with presence,
it often softens, shifts,
and finally—lets go.
This month, we offer a gentle invitation:
to turn toward fear—
not with force,
but with the steady support of community,
and the safety to go deep,
to meet what’s been waiting quietly...
or not so quietly
beneath the surface.
What if fear is only a messenger.
Your body or your soul asking you to look deeper.
Let the dance floor become your mirror.
Let your body show you how brave you already are.
And as we complete our movement journey,
we’ll be held in stillness—
bathed in sound—
with a special closing…
Whether you’re dancing through something heavy or just ready to meet yourself with more honesty, this month’s journey is about moving toward what’s real—together, in community.
No experience needed. All bodies, all expressions, all emotions welcome.
Come as you are.

What is Dancing Freedom?
A Practice of liberation. It is a somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance practice supporting the emergence of living oneness. It is fun, easy, elegant and empowering. It heals. It reveals. It welcomes. Any person of any age, size, color or creed can do it. When we come together we come in peace to create a deep space of shared practice, transformation and community.
