ReWild:
A Dancing Freedom Journey
Thursday, May, 28th 7-9:15pm
This month’s Dancing Freedom journey is inspired by the Wild Woman archetype, not just for women, but for anyone willing to reconnect with the instinctual, embodied, unapologetic self beneath the conditioning of capitalism, patriarchy, of centuries of repression and whitewashing.
Come dance with your wild self.
Shake loose what’s been contained.
Let your body speak what words cannot.
This is not performance. This is liberation.
These gatherings are small and intentional—spaces to return to your body, your breath, and your inner steadiness, even as you explore your edges.
All are welcome. Come as you are.
No dance experience is needed. This practice is for every body.
These gatherings are intentionally small to create a safe and connected environment for exploration and transformation.

What is Dancing Freedom?
A Practice of liberation
Dancing Freedom is a monthly guided movement meditation—a living ritual that carries us through the sacred elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
We don’t just dance with these elements—we remember them within us. In our bones, in our breath, in the quiet, ancient depths of our being. Earth grounds us, water softens and flows, fire ignites and transforms, air opens and expands, and ether invites us into the mystery of the unseen. As we move, we awaken to the truth that we are not separate from these forces—we are them.
Each month offers a new theme, a subtle thread to follow—guiding us gently toward healing, toward deeper listening, toward a more honest expression of the body’s wisdom.
This is a practice of liberation. A somatic, ecstatic, and shamanic journey that supports the unfolding of living oneness—within ourselves and with each other.
All are welcome here. Every age, every body, every color, every gender, every path. No experience is needed—only a willingness to arrive as you are.
When we gather, we enter in peace—co-creating a space of presence, transformation, and belonging. A space where movement becomes medicine, and community becomes a remembering.
